CREATIVITY

An engineer or architect or machinist, when they know themselves and their purpose in life, will lose the fear of failure and be come more productive.

A salesperson will jump in where their intellect fears to tread and create sales where none seemed possible. The fear of asking for the sale will diminish as the real power within is realized. Stress will be obliterated and replaced with the motivation to move forward into the unknown and experience new ways of achieving results.

RETENTION

The cost of hiring, training, recruiting, and motivating new employees takes a toll on the balance sheet. In today’s world, people don’t work only for money, but also to get a sense of belonging, purpose, and relationship.

Ancient Secrets of Success recognizes that everyone, bar none, is looking for a home that is both emotionally and materially balanced. They want to belong in a team. When a manager or a coach can give a sense of belonging to an employee or a client, money becomes a secondary factor and the corporation becomes the purpose.
